I am 21 (going on 17)

Happy Birthday to me!!!!!
On Friday I turned 21. 21! I remember when I was younger thinking about how far away the 'adult' years were.. Now I am an adult?

For my birthday my two beautiful best friends both made me scrapbook type books with old photos and favourite/funny memories. It was so much fun looking back on memories I had forgotten about and having a giggle about how young and naive we were.. When I look at how I grew up with them (Lucy and Bianca) compared to how others have grown up with their best friends I feel blessed because they are the sweetest girls and I love how we have grown and are growing with each other.

I got a fancy camera from my parents (mainly Dad.. thanks DAD!) and it takes great photos!! It is a digital slr,15.1 megapixels, my old digital camera was 6! So it's a lovely upgrade. I have taken almost 1000 photos since Friday afternoon. Hopefully I stay snap happy!

On Friday night I went out with some friends to celebrate my birthday and Lucy's birthday which was Monday the 3rd, then Sunday I had a tea party with some family and my favourite friends. Mum baked allllll week to prepare! It was wonderful :)

I will pop some photos up soon, the internet is being a bit temperamental and I am too impatient! Mum wanted me to update my blog, happy Mum??? I have comeacross a blog called Daydream Lily which is full of pretty pictures, maybe that will inspire me to keep this up to date.

It's too nice to be sitting inside.

I feel like I should update this and I have neglected it for almost a month.

On Saturday afternoon I went to Ballarat with a friend from Primary School, Alex Wren, to see a production of Les Mis put on by a local production company. It was at Her Majesty's Theatre which is such a beautiful place. Last time I was there I think I was 10/11 and performing on 'the pit' so wouldn't have been old enough to appreciate just how lovely it is. Pretty colours and really nice detail. The show itself was amazing aswell. If I had've known how long the first half was I think I would have eaten something more sustainable than a vegemite roll!

On Sunday evening I went into the city to see some comedians practising parts of their routine for the upcoming Comedy Festival to be held in April. A lady comedian, who I won't mention, was shocking! Long stories about her almost dying three times.. boring! Adam Hills was the host and he was quite funny, as was the 'other Adam', Adam Rozenbach. In the second half Dave Thornton and another younger boy, whose name I can't remember now, performed and they were hilarious!

I thought I might buy some tickets so see some people perform, and when searching for acts to see I came across this. It's an op-shop tour of Melbourne which I am very keen to go and do.

Another thing I am very keen on is this cute little bike which is currently on eBay














I dare you to buy it for me (hint hint MUM!)

I broke up with my boyfriend of two years last night.
Friday the 13th.
It's wonderful to spend (dumb) Valentine's day with Frankie magazine on my lap and Sex and the City on the TV behind me.

I'm fine. I'll be fine.
I wish my room was clean.

With Emiliana Torrini. She is beautiful and has an amazing little voice.


My heart goes out to those affected by the terrible fires. I hope to give blood on Friday and maybe donate a part of this weeks pay to the Red Cross to help those in desperate need. I can go without meaningless material items for a week in order to give a tiny bit of hope to someone.

WORK WORK WORK

I haven't updated in ages because I've been pretty busy working THREE jobs.
My feet .. so sore!
